Type

Production type.

Default: When assigned to a sales order "production type for customer order", otherwise "production type for storage order".

This is set in the Configuration Wizard.

Single / daily / weekly / monthly

Select single for single production. For recurring production enter the frequency and quantities.

Quantity

Quantity in consumption units.

Delivery date

Delivery date of the order. Determined from the requirement date and from the current selected row of the pegging.

Item

Item ID.

I-Version

Active in case of version-managed items.

Info

Text field.

Assembly - Info

Free text.

Customer

Customer of the work order.

Project

Link to project.

Link

Link to a pegging (sales order, advance invoice, production outflow).

Warehouse

The Production Warehouse. See standard rules for the work order warehouse.

Note: Sales order to work order: The system does not use the warehouse from the sales order.

Bin Location

Select bin location. In case of a Bin-managed warehouses, the Bin Location field is displayed.
If a bin location is defined in a warehouse rule, Beas inserts the defined bin code.

WMS Production Line

Select WMS Production Line for the work order.
If the warehouse is a WMS-managed warehouse, Beas also displays this field.

Multiple order / purchase.

In the production request you can merge several requests into one work order, or you can create the work order later.

Note: It is not possible to link (reserve) a production request to a base document. Use this only for stock-related assemblies.
