In MRP Wizard > Planning scenarios > warehouses you can define warehouses to be included in the calculation.
This is used to define consideration for planned inflow and outflow.
Enabled: Warehouse tab filter is considered at the calculation. Planned inflow and outflow is grayed out, balance is not affected.
Disabled: Warehouse tab filter is not considered at at the calculation. Planned inflow and outflow is always displayed, regardless of the warehouse the item is stored.
Parameter enabled example: If in a calculation you only want to see documents on transactions, but not the current stock, uncheck the warehouse in the Warehouse tab.
Parameter disabled example: Take into account parameters only from the master data, like minimum inventory, but not the planned transactions.
The balance is affected according to the transaction made (sales order, purchase order, work order).
The following is affected by this parameter:
•All types of sales documents (sales order, advance invoice etc.) •Production inflow •Production outflow •Purchase documents (PO, quotations etc.)
Documents, which do not have a stored warehouse (eg. blanket agreements) forecasts and SCM-entries are always displayed.
