Settings in Inventory are as follows.

PATH: Administration > System Initialization > Configuration wizard > Materials management.

SAP inventory posting

Disabled (Standard): Differences are posted using material issue and material receipt.
This is the secure way. Disadvantage: There is no "real" inventory posting, but only stock corrections.

 

Enabled: stocktaking is posted using SAP Business One Inventory function.
Stock corrections are stored in SAP Business One Inventory.
If problems arise, disable the option.

Use SAP-Inventory

By default Beas overwrites the  SAP Business One inventory functions with the own inventory solution and adds inventory functions additionally.

 

If enabled, the original SAP B1 inventory function will not be overwritten, means own inventory functions in

SAP Business One are also available.

The inventory functions added from Beas, e.g. Annual inventory count will not be hidden. These can be hidden via the  SAP Business One - Menu settings.
