Recommendation
For WAN connections, use the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

For other applications like partner add-ons or e-mail clients , contact your solution provider for recommended requirements.

Each concurrent user requires
1 GB for SAP Business One
+ 0.25 GB for Citrix session and partner add-ons
+ 0.5 GB for Beas

+ 10 concurrent users x 1.75 GB for each user
= 27.5 GB

Beas saves all local settings in the directory.

This directory is not allowed to be deleted after ending the logoff, because the server connection information are stored there, as well.
Consider that the station name is unique at terminal server.
All Beas sessions need a unique station name. The BIOS name of the current computer is read out when Beas is installed locally.
The clientname environment variable is read and used if it is a terminal server. The current Windows user (username Environment variable) is used as the station name if the sessionname environment variable begins with rdp or ica.

A distinct client name for each client is necessary, otherwise problems may occur during the license checking. This is defined in the environment variable "clientname".
