The multi-branch solution is supported by Beas 9.0 from patch 4.
In Beas documents you can select the target warehouse. Thus, the branch is determined.
The following extensions are integrated:
- In a great number of lists a column "branch" is available which can be used for sorting or filtering. You can also create templates with different branches. See Templates.
- Stocktaking can only be created for several warehouses if they are of the same branch.
- In the personnel master you can store a branch which is only for information purposes.
- Currently there are no other rules stored. Note: The correct warehouse should be selected when posting goods for work orders.
Note:
Beas does not check if the correct warehouse was used at posting. Note: Correct WIP accounting requires all postings to be made in one branch for one work order.
