CKS.DMS for SAP Business One: Document management system of company C.K Solutions

The document management system (CKS.DMS) is integrated in a way, that automatically after scan and print of a document in the background a OCR process (text recognition) and creation of keywords is started. Via document or business partner you can access all documents in a pre-view, which provides additionally a search feature over the complete archive.

For archiving of other documents (as Office Documents or images) there are simple archiving features available. These documents are included in the indexing, to achieve better results.

You use CKS.DMS to archive item master data, work orders, complaints, and QC-orders.
