Function

Description

Day Template

For every Day Template the working hours must be defined separately. New day templates (not stored in shift definition previously) are marked red.

Begin from-to

The beginning of the shift. It is a range for defining flextime. This is for information only. This information comes automatically from the Time before Core Time from the period rule.

Break 1-3

A break in the shift. It is a range for defining flextime. Up to 3 breaks are available per day in the template. This information comes automatically from the Core Time from the period rule. See break definition in period rules.

End from-to

The end of the shift. It is a range for defining flextime. This is for information only. This information comes automatically from the Time After Core Time from the period rule.

Day/hours 1-3

Define a time for this shift. If a different number of hours is to be used as reference for certain Absence Types, two additional times can be specified.

Wage type

To this wage type the accumulated times of this line (day template) are posted.

New

A check mark designates a new day template, which was not stored in shift definition before.

 

Simplified input:

It is sufficient to determine the first line. Subsequently, the input can be DUPLICATED to the remaining Daily Schedule .
