Meaning

Pers. no.

Personnel number.

For Date from ... to

Define the period in which the definition applies. If no "Date to" was entered, the rule applies until the next rule takes effect. Entries with overlapping dates: the entry with the highest "from date" is applied.

 

Example:

1. Entry valid from May 1st 2015 until December 1st .2015
2. Entey valid from July 1st.2015 until - no entry -

on June 1st 2015 the first entry is used. On August 1st, the second entry is used.

 

Special shifts always have higher priority.

Shift model

According to week plan

The tab "According to week plan" will be shown.

Here you define for every day of the week:

- Shift selection

- Absence reason

 

That means, depending on the day of the week you can determined, if the employee is present and which shift is assigned to him.

 

Example:

An apprentice is every Thursday in school, he works in the shift "Standard" for the rest of the time.

Create a shift "Std" = Standard and an Absence type "School" will be created.

 

In the week plan the shift "hrs" is entered from Monday to Wednesday. On Thursday you enter the absence reason "school", from Friday to Sunday the shift "hrs" is entered.

 
As a result, the employe has the settings active: Thursday absence reason "School" without entering anything else.

 

Shift work 1 shifts

 

The shift can be defined, which will be valid for the employee for the entered time period.

 

Note: This can also be defined in the Special Shift.

Shift work 2..4 shifts

 

The rotation shift can be defined here. shift change runs weekly.
From which date the first shift starts has to be defined. From then runs a rolling calculation. Shift change is always on Monday.

 

Example 3-Shift Model

There is an early shift (shift1), late shift (shift2) and night shift (shift3)

 

The employee starts with the early shift from December and then changes weekly

 

Shift 1: shift1, Shift 2: shift2, Shift 3: shift3
Calculate rotation. 1. December

Automatic Shift

 

The shift will be determined automatically based on the first login time.

The shift definition the shift detection (Time) has to be deposited for this.

 

Example:
Automatic shift detection
Shift 1: 5 am - 10 am
Shift 2: 8 am - 2 pm
 
Login is at 9 am: shift 1 and shift 2 are available
Login is at 11 am: Only shift 2 is available

In the shifts, a time for automatic shift control can be

stored. The shift to be used is determined based on

the first login of the day.

Automatic on default

Same as automatic shift control, but only the shifts

are available which are stored in

the tab "Shift schedule".

 

The shift will be determined automatically based on the first login time.

The shift definition the shift detection (Time) has to be deposited for this.

 

"Automatic on default" will be selected automatically if there are different shift areas. The relevant tab will be shown, in which up to 4 shifts can be defined, which will be considered at the automatic determination.

Manual selection

 

At  login, the employee can choose a shift.

 

The tab "Manual" will be shown, if this model will be selected. Up to 6 shifts can be deposited here, which are selectable for the employee.

Evaluation by report

In time evaluation you can set up which information is to be printed in a report. You can store the report to be used.

Max overtime

In period rules accounts can be defined including the maximum amount of hours. Here, you define the limit for an overtime account to be transferred to the next month. It is automatically truncated if the limit is exceeded (to delete overtime at the beginning of the following month.)

Evaluation by report

You can define which information should be issued in the time evaluation. Here it is possible to deposit the report definition to be used.

Max overtime

Accounts can be set up in the period rule: enter the max. hours of the account. This is the maximum reading for the following month. All hours exceeding this limit, be cut off automatically. (Example of use: if generally, overtime is expiring at the beginning of the month).

Plan hours / month

Hours according to shift are not longer considered.
The program calculates the hours per day the person has to be present.
