This section of the Advanced Production tab includes Beas fields associated with Precalculation.

 

Field

Description

Calculation schema

Defines which calculation schema to be used for Precalculation and work order valuation.

 

Work order creation:

If Calculation schema is defined in the Configuration wizard the Beas ignores the setting in Item Master data. If no Calculation schema is defined in the Item Master Data and Configuration Wizard, Beas uses Schema "Std".

The [...] button opens the window listing all existing Calculation schemas.
The yellow arrow opens the Calculation schema editing window.

Lot size / Calculation

Define a batch size for calculations. Pre-calculations can be executed using predefined batch sizes.

Batch Calculation always uses the Lot size defined in this field.

 

This can be defined per Inventory or Production UoM

Calculation price

 

Manually include a price to be used as reference for postings and calculations. However, after running a Batch Calculation process, Beas updates this field with the actual calculation value.

The calculator icon opens the Beas "Calculation tab" in a separate window.
