Allocation

Against a production order, allocate/ reserve an Items quantity in stock. see Allocation, Issue / Reservations screen

2. Return: to the first entry

4. Search: Search for articles

5. Confirm: Confirm the entry

Workflow Example

1. Scan the barcode of a production position

2. Select the position

3. Enter batch number / serial number / quantity

4. Select the provision warehouses from the drop-down list.

5. If the warehouse is stocked, select storage location and confirm

Warehouse

Default warehouse is automatically selected, But It can be changed

Binlocation

Selecting Bin location, only if selected warehouse is managed by Bin Location

Quantity

Booking Quantity

Target Warehouse

allocation warehouse must be selected.

The total quantity transferred to the work order in an allocation warehouse.

Following Items are not considered, which

- are set to locked inventory, supply inventory, goods receipt inventory

- are set to locked inventories or where the inventory is locked for the item

- if they constitute a batch item and the batch is locked.
