Settlement structure for P/L statement

For Beas-profit / loss statement you need to define rows (with cost centers, cost elements, sums) and columns (with cost units and sums), which later will present results in a matrix. Various schemes allow customized displays.

Tab	Meaning
Schema	Definition of schema.
Lines	Definition of rows.
Columns	Definition of columns.

Schema tab

Field	Meaning
Schema	Name of schema.
Description	Text to designate schema.

Lines tab

Field	Meaning
Line	Ascending position number of the line (as later in report).
Object	Via "right-click" the following objects are available: - Title: serves as header, to allow grouping in profit / loss statement - Cost center: selected cost center will be is used in this line of the matrix - Cost center group: see cost center - Cost element: see cost center - Cost element group: see cost center - Assessment: see cost center - Sum: display sum of row values, which are defined by entering the position number (comma separated) - Sum %: percentage of 2 row values.
Selection	Via "right-click" the following selections are available, referring to the entry in field "object" - for object "Category": Field "selection remains empty - for object "cost center": possible cost centers for field "selection" are displayed - for object "cost center group": see cost center. - for object "cost element": see cost center - for object "cost element group": see cost center - for object "assessment": see cost center - for object "Sum": enter position numbers to be used for summation by separating them with a comma - for object "Sum %": enter 2 position numbers, comma separated which shall contain the percentage reference Example.: Pos 10 is %-share of Pos 20 -> Enter: 10,20
Description Line	Text field to define row designation in P/L statement.

Special buttons

Button	Meaning
renumber	Renumbering in steps of 10 (sum objects are adapted as well).
Refresh	Read in new data .

Columns tab

Field	Meaning
Column	Ascending line position number.
Value	Via "right-click" the following values are available for selection: - Cost unit list: All cost centers are displayed, which were marked as cost unit. - Sum: Sum of row values, defined by entering comma separated position number.
Selection	Via "right-click" the following selection is available. - Budget: Display budgets of the defined cost unit - Current: Display currently determined values of the defined cost unit.
Description column	Text field to define row description in P/L statement.
