Dashboards_3.1.1

 

This grid displays all the open and closed work orders from this and from the past year, whose data can be filtered using the auxiliary grids, or by directly defining filters for the desired columns. When double-clicking any line on this grid, Beas opens the structure view for the selected work order. The “Work Orders & Positions” grid presents the following information:
 

a)Status: Work order/position status, which can be “Open” or “Closed”;

b)Detailed Status: Specific status to help understanding the situation of each work order:

 Closed work orders:

         Finished on Schedule: Work order closed during its scheduled dates;

         Finished in Advance: Work order closed before its scheduled dates;

         Finished Overdue: Work order closed after its scheduled dates;

         Closed Without Work: Work orders opened and closed without any transaction.

 Open work orders:

         Planned Orders: Work order with end date scheduled for today or for the future;

         Overdue Orders: Work order with end date scheduled for past days.

 

c)WO/Pos (Prior.): Work order number/position number (work order priority). When any of the work order position’s operations are in work (have active times registered from the terminals), a green icon Dash_3.1.1_a is displayed at its side;

d)Item Code / Item Name: Identification of the manufactured item;

e)Planned Start: First scheduled start date and time for the work order position;

f)Planned End: Last scheduled end date and time for the work order position;

g)Effective Start: First time receipt’s start date and time for the work order position;

h)Effective End: Last time receipt’s end date and time for the work order position;

i)Qty. (Plan/Actual): Quantity (planned / actual). A blue progress bar represents how much of the planned quantities were already produced and, in the cases where actual production surpassed the planned amounts, the values are highlighted in bold dark gray Dash_3.1.1_b;

j)Delivery Date: Delivery date of the work order position. When the delivery date is already overdue or if the planned end is for after the delivery date, the Delivery Date is highlighted with a red background color;

k)Sales Order: Sales order/line linked to the work order position.
