Apart from working as a tool to see the production scheduling in a simple and flexible way, the Production Scheduling Calendar can also help you to monitor the execution of the work orders in real time or serve as a console for the shop floor workers to know which operations need to be worked on now. Whenever an operation is started by a shop floor worker using the Beas Terminal functions, it is displayed in green in the calendar, indicating the name of the operator that is working on it.

Therefore, when using the calendar as a work list for the shop floor, the workers can know which operations are still pending to be started, and which ones are already in work. The production supervisors and managers can also make use of this information in a summarized way, seeing the progress of the operations on multiple resources.

The operations are also highlighted in green in the daily, weekly, and monthly views.
