Beas distinguishes between the following types of complaints:

Internal complaint |
An internal complaint refers to a work order, e.g. for semi-finished goods. This can be generated directly from the work order and is also managed via the work order. Production > internal Complaint |
Customer complaint |
Customer complaints relate to delivery notes. That why the delivery note always has to be indicated. Sales > Customer complaints |
Supplier complaints |
Supplier complaints relate to goods receipt. These are generated from the Beas menu.
Purchase > supplier complaints |
Use the check boxes (Sales/Purchase/Internal), to define the possible assignment.
Add or Remove a complaint type from the right-click menu.
