In this chapter you can find instructions on how to Set up the "Opened Customer Complaints" KPI

For information on how to setup a KPI click on Cockpit KPI's

 

Query needed for this KPI: "Beas_OpenComplaints":

SELECT * from "BEAS_RECLAMATION" where "Status" = 1 and "TYP" = 1

 

 

Creating the Average Scrap Rate KPI

1.        Access the Pervasive Analytics Module, and click on "New KPI" button. (There is an explanation on how to access the "Pervasive Analytics" Module on the page:Cockpit KPI's )

 now select the previously created query "Beas_OpenComplaints". (View: Cockpit Beas Queries)

 

2.        - Drag and drop the field "Count" to the section KPI value.        

 - Set the name of the KPI to "Beas - Opened Customer Complaints".

 - Set the Description of the KPI to "Opened Customer Complaints".

 - Set The Goal Description to "Open Complaints".

 - Set a personal "Goal Value" in an amount of your preference, (in this example is set to 10 units).

 - Set KPI Trend to "None", you can set it to whatever wanted.

3.        Click on the "Save As" Icon, and then add the name "Beas - Opened Customer Complaints "OK".

4.        Add the newly created KPI to the Cockpit main page.
