Work Order Stock Transfer Request

As of Beas Manufacturing 2024.06 and later, the Beas Work Order Stock Transfer Request function supports WMS integration.

Therein, the Beas logic to generate reservations for a WO Stock Transfer Request is applied also when WMS creates the document.

Workflow:

hmtoggle_plus11. Create a "WO Stock Transfer Request" in Beas by reserving a Batch:

hmtoggle_plus12. Go to WMS and click the "Generate picklist proposal" function in the newly created SAP Inventory Transfer Request document:

hmtoggle_plus13. Select "Generate Pick list" in the Pick List Proposal document:

hmtoggle_plus14. Once the Pick list is generated, start the WMS Mobile App, and complete the "picking process":

hmtoggle_plus15. When the pick list process is completed, generate the Stock Transfer Request document based on this picked QTY. For this functionality we use the option "SHIPPING":

hmtoggle_plus16. Now the new functionality starts and creates a reservation in the Beas reservation table and also in the WMS reservation table:

Limitation: The process does not support several locations for the same batch (process does not support "|" in any WMS field)"
