Beas supports issue documents for different Quality Statuses defined in Produmex WMS:

 

When working with a WMS database, and connected Produmex Add-On, the list is filtered based on the Produmex WMS Add-On > Organizational structure > Quality Status >"Can be used for production".

If the "Can be used for production" field is active, this BEAS screen section only displays WMS items with this quality status with this flag:

 

NOTE:  It is not recommended to have more than 1 serial number per LUID, because the WMS Quality Status cannot be defined per serial number.

If the WMS field  "Default Quality Status For Reception" for the item is empty, Beas reads the global parameter (WMS > Organizational structure > Production):
