BEAS MANUFACTURING:

From the BEAS Quality Control Transfer  window for Produmex WMS warehouses users can generate all documents:
- Stock Transfer,

- Goods Issue,
- Goods Receipt PO and Issue + Receipt​.

The From warehouse and To warehouse fields can be all types or Beas supported warehouse (SAP, Beas bin locations, SAP bin warehouses and WMS warehouses). 

 

 

As of Beas Manufacturing 2025.06, Beas QC Transfer supports movement of stock from WMS bin location to another WMS bin location within the same warehouse.

 

WMS Bin Warehouse – Limitation:

The function does not support source documents that contain lines with more than 1 batch.

 

Beas support to WMS Quality Status:

As of Beas Manufacturing 2024.11, the Quality Control Transfer window (desktop) supports WMS Quality Status.
The "Quality Status from" value is linked from WMS in the relevant Beas field, "Quality Status to" value can be selected, you can choose from a list of "Reason codes" and add free text to explain the reason when certain settings have been performed in Produmex WMS. As of Beas Manufacturing 2025.06, Beas QC Transfer (desktop) supports the modification of WMS Quality Status when moving stock from one bin location to another one. Also, the list of linked Beas QC Transfer documents display modifications on changed WMS Quality Status and WMS transfers between bin locations. Beas documentation 2025.06 > QC Transfer.
