Picking components of Beas work order

Item locking:

When an item managed by batch number is reserved for a Beas work order, Produmex WMS converts the Beas reservation into standard locking for the picklist proposal. Then the picklist inherits the locking from the picklist proposal.

Workflow - creating WMS picklists for reserved batches in Beas :

The Picklist for production process can load existing Beas reservations. The system covers the following workflow:

1. Create a Work Order in Beas.

2. After the work order is created, you can reserve specific batches for the current WO. In this way, the selected batches cannot be consumed by any other entity.

3. Generate a PickList for production.

4. The system generates the PickList and assigns the batches already reserved in Beas for this work order.

5. When the picklist is created, the system deletes the Beas reservation and now the reservation will be on the WMS Pick List object.

6. Start the picking process.

7. When you pick the materials, a new reservation is transferred to Beas for a new location.

Picking:

The components of Beas work orders can be picked with the Picking for Production or Picklist for Production flows.

Picking for Production Flow: The flow uses the Beas work order as an input. The picking process is performed without a picklist and the components to be picked are not locked in the inventory. The warehouse operator verifies that the work order is open, and prepares material and delivers it to the production line.

Picklist for Production Flow: The flow uses a picklist generated from the Beas work order as an input. The system locks the stock when creating the picklist proposal and the picklist. When the components are moved to the input location, Produmex WMS sends a notification to Beas. The production operator requests material for the production line (Picklist request from Beas window), which can be a partial quantity of the total of the work order. Then, the warehouse operator picks the material request using a picklist document to deliver to the production line.
