Overtime accounts can be defined in addition to hourly accounts. Above a certain number of overtime hours on a day, the hours over this limit are moved to an overtime account.
This is set up in the period rule in the Hourly Surcharge tab Two accounts each can be defined separately for Saturday, Sunday and Weekdays and the surcharge entered as information. The accumulated accounts can be output in the time analysis or stored in the month view.
The hours are totaled if a) a value > 0 is entered in the second overtime field for both accounts b) a value > 0 is entered for only one account and 0 entered in the second account
Example:
Entry in period rule: 1. Sunday overtime From 1st hour and from 4th hour
If you work 6 hours on a Sunday and you have a planned work time of 0 hours, 2 hours are added to Sunday overtime account 2 ( = number above the 4th hour) and 3 hours are added to Sunday overtime account 1 ( = number above the 1st hour minus the hours written to account 2).
2. Sunday overtime Above the 1st hour, no entry in the second account field
If you are present for 6 hours and have a planned work time of 6 hours, 5 hours are written to the first account.
3. Sunday overtime Both accounts 0 hours
No hours are written to an overtime account
4. Sunday overtime First account 0, second account from 4th hour
Present 6 hours, planned work time 0 hours: 2 hours to account 2 and 4 hours to account 1, as an account calculation is also calculated from 0 hours if something is entered in the second account. |
