You can define the different Originator of complaints. Use the check boxes (Sales / Purchasing / Internal) to classify the complaints.
PATH: Administration > Setup > Complaint > Complaint origin. Window reclamation_md_causer.psr
Sales à Customer Complaint, Purchase à Supplier complaint, Internal à Internal Complaint.
Add or Remove a complaint origin with the right-click menu functions.
