Create a new QC order without any reference to a document. Required authorization: writing rights on QC orders

Authorization: writing access on QC orders required.

Batch

- Visible only for batch related items. Upper and lower cases of the batch are checked and corrected automatically. If the batch is unknown, any number of quantity can be entered. If selecting the batch from the drop-down only the quantity which is in stock can be entered. An explanatory note is issued. The created batch and serial number (B=base type, base order= batch number) stored in the created QC order is displayed under the tab "Origin". This makes assignment possible for unknown batches.

Drawing number

Drawing number of the item

QC-inspection plan

Determines which QC-inspection plan to be used. If a QC-inspection plan is stored in the item, it is edited automatically

Quantity to be checked

(max. entry=available quantity)

Information from QC-inspection plan (view only)

Item Info

Information from item - Quality control (view only)

Freely definable UDF's
The stored values will be used; otherwise the content from the QC-inspection plan is taken into consideration.
