The KPIs area presents two KPIs related to resources’ productivities:
a)Hourly Goal: Completion of the hourly production goals defined for the resources, retrieving all time receipts that ended in the current hour (this KPI resets every hour). This KPI is shown in absolute values, the corresponding percentages is displayed on the Productivity vs Goal (UDF4 on Resources) grid;
b)Daily Goal: Completion of the daily production goals defined for the resources, retrieving all time receipts that ended in the current day (this KPI resets every day). This KPI is shown in absolute values, the corresponding percentages is displayed on the Productivity vs Goal (UDF4 on Resources) grid.
Important: The hourly production goals should be defined in the Resource master data, using the UDF4 (if not enabled, you can enable the UDF4 on the Configuration Wizard). The daily production goals are automatically calculated according to the resources’ capacities (for example, if a resource has 8 hours of capacity per day, the goal will be multiplied by 8), considering all planned downtimes and interruptions.
