The KPIs area presents four KPIs related to production execution:
a)Produced vs Planned Qty.: Comparison between the produced and the planned quantities. Every time that the produced quantities fall below 100% of the planned quantities, a red icon is displayed;
b)Scraps vs Produced Qty.: Comparison between the scrapped amount (coming from the scraps registered in the time receipts) and the produces quantities. Every time that the scrapped amount is greater than 5% of the produced quantities, a red icon is displayed;
c)Actual vs Planned Times: Comparison between the actual and the planned production times. Every time that the production times are greater than 100% of the planned times, a red icon is displayed;
d)On Time vs Executed Operations: Comparison between the routing positions executed before or during the scheduled dates and the total number of executed operations. Every time that the number of on-time operations is below 100%, a red icon is displayed.
