Beas provides an extended message system. The following settings are considered:
At each logon
Send alert for activities scheduled for today
No support
Display inbox when new message arrives
If active, the Beas – message system is opened if a message is received.
See messages
Update messages (minutes)
Interval is considered by Beas – message system.
After data check, the message window is not opened immediately. It will appear as set here e.g. 1 or 5 minutes following the data check.
Note: The lowest minimum value is 1.
Screen locking time (Min.)
Only supported within SAP Business One – environment. If Beas is started without SAP Business One this option is ignored. Workaround: use Windows screen saver.
