Note: Customization is not always the best way to adapt the program exactly to customer needs. Customization might lead to increased maintenance requirements. Beas offers many settings and possibilities. Always check first for standard alternatives in Beas before making any adjustments.

Maintenance

The customization does not form the part of maintenance package. Use our Q&A forum or premium support, if you need help with your customization.

Update or Upgrade

It is not possible to deliver a completely backward compatible solution. SAP Business One and Beas deliver new functions and old functionality must be deleted after some years. New tables might be available and some tables columns might not be supported in the upcoming versions.

Note: Any customized solution and the main work-flows must be tested before updating or upgrading.
