A macro is structured as follows:

1. Data preparation

Does data have to be prepared, e.g. for sales and purchasing forms

or demand lists? Should queries be presented first?

2. Macro Step

Specifications for report creation?

With which system (Crystal, Infomaker, current form, SQL query)?

3. Macro Output

How should the report be output?

Email, fax, printer, Excel, PDF, etc.

4. Print output

For output by printer: How should the output be executed?

Which tray, which printer, which print options?

Any number of sub-entries of the sub-level in question can be added for each level. If an option is not specified, a default setting is used.

Note: If no output form is defined, the output form for starting the macro is used.

Example:

Click on the magnifying glass to use "Preview" as the output form.
